I was so excited that I was able to go to Oakleigh’s birthday party on Friday night. She is such a cute little girl. I just love her personality, her sweet but spunky attitude, and her intriguing baby blues. I seriously can’t believe that she is already 2 years old.

It ended up being the perfect weather for a party at the park. Shannon and Blake grilled hotdogs and hamburgers. Look at this amazing fruit skewer bouquet my mom and Shannon made! Isn’t that so neat…

Shannon made my favorite… German Chocolate Cake, and my mom made these delicious raspberry filled cupcakes. Everything was so so so yummy.
For Addi’s birthday she got this cute little puppy purse. Well Oakleigh loved it, so I was more then excited when I found one for her. She was so cute when she opened it…

She put that puppy on her shoulder, and there it stayed for the rest of the night! So cute.
She got lots of fun toys. Even Blake was jealous and was “trying for size” one of her cute dresses. Laughing… we all had a good laugh!
Oakleigh loves Elmo. I mean she seriously loves Elmo. Picture #3 (below) are when she was opening this cute Elmo Potty Training Book. She was so excited, and screamed “Elmo.” In picture #4 Blake was trying to take it from her so she would continue opening her presents… she wasn’t having anything to do with that, and was saying “NO.” So cute!!! Finally Papa Kenny convincer her to let her see it so she could open Elmo himself!

I can not believe how smart Oakie Pokie is. I seriously can’t! She can sing her alphabet, and count to 20… yes 20! With very little help. I had to share this cute song that she just loves. She can sing every word of it. It just makes you smile every time she sings it. She even does the Ohhhh Ohh Ohhh… oh my gosh it is so cute!
Oakleigh’s favorite song right now!
We were getting everything loaded in cars, and Cooper had to find thee only puddle probably within in 5 mile radius. He was just playing and splashing in it at first, then he fell, and it was game over!

All boy, all the time!
On the way home I was driving away from thee most beautiful sunset, I had to stop and take a picture. Oh, I really miss seeing such beautiful sunsets. The mountains block the view from my house now.

It was a pretty quiet ride home. The kids were sound asleep before we even got to the highway! I laughed when I went to get them out of the car, and both Cooper and Addi still had fists clinched to the string of their balloons Shannon gave them.

What a great night! I had so much fun! Blake and Shannon gave Oakleigh a great birthday party. I love being around his family. They are all just wonderful, and make you feel so loved!
THANKS FOR A GREAT NIGHT!!! Love you all so much.
Happy 2nd Birthday Oakleigh!
