Happy New Year…and lots of posts!

I spent the most part of my evening doing posts today. Some that have been saved in my drafts, and new ones of our Christmas. I should have been doing laundry and such…BUT I journaled instead. Like I have said many times this blog is my only Journal. I post everything that is important to me. So you will have to click “older posts” if you want to see all of them. There are a lot of pictures, and long posts!

HAPPY   NEW   YEAR

The day after Christmas…2010

We woke up bright & early the day after Christmas…because we weren’t done CELEBRATING!!! It was “over the river and through the woods to grandma & grandpas house we go…” We were off to Teton Village to spend the day with my Jason’s family. I am SO LUCKY to have the in-laws that I have. I love all of them so much, and count my blessings daily that I have them in my life. The all hold a very special piece of my heart. They keep it real, and they always make it a point that FAMILY is the most important part of their lives. I am so lucky…

Here is our Christmas exchange…

Gifts from Grandma & Grandpa…

All of us big kids got Gift Certificates! You guys are so wonderful. We appreciate you so much. I am so lucky to have such amazing people who love me and my kids as much as you do.

Gary and Lori gave each of the grandkids a CUTE CUTE personalized sweatshirt with their last name and a number…

050052

The number coordinated with the order in which they were born…So McKenna is #01…down to Cooper who is #10. I was happy to help with this…It is iron on that I did with my vinyl machine! Aren’t they just darling, and SUCH A GOOD IDEA! Pretty soon I will have to make #11 & #12 when the twins come!

Gifts to Grandma & Grandpa…

Brittany made this amazing quilt. The center square is from Grandma Florence. It was just incredible. She spent so much time on it…Lori was amazed, and so excited! I had to make sweatshirts for Gary and Lori…they say Assistant Coach on them to go with their team of grandkis!

After we were done opening our AMAZING array of gifts…we snacked a little on this and that. Then it was time to ride in “a one horse open sleigh…” HOW LUCKY ARE WE…Grandpa Gary is amazing. Look what he did for us. Just one of the many ways he spoils his grandkids. He loves so much to see them smile, and be happy. That is truly what it is all about.

The kids had a blast… it didn’t stop with the sleigh rides though…

Snow will bring the kid out of all of us…Bryce threw Britt in the snow…

that lead to more throwing in the snow…

Then they had to go see the BIGEST SNOWMAN EVER!!! Coop was asleep so I missed out on this…Thanks Holly for taking pictures for me.

Isn’t that the coolest thing. Yellow Iron built it with an excavator. The kids thought it was amazing! They headed back to the house for some delicious Hot Chocolate with lots and lots of marshmallows. It was so cold…it felt good to be warmed from the inside out!

We seriously can’t get together without a little boxing or wrestling…

I didn’t get a picture of Taylor and Bridger boxing…but you get the idea of how that fight went when you look at the last picture of Bridger! She got him…he needs humbled from time to time!

Aren’t we lucky to have such amazing family. I seriously feel so lucky to have them, and to be a part of all of this. THANKS so much to everyone for making Christmas so special this year. I love you all!
